Shipping Policy

DirectWholesaleApparel.com is using the most current version of UPS On-Line Tools to calculate its shipping cost. Costs are based on depending on our stock and location of the warehouse where your selected items are available to you. Your order will ship from one of our 10 warehouses whichever is nearest to you.

Standard Shipping

DirectWholesaleApparel.com orders are shipped to you via UPS ground. Orders generally take 1-2 business days for delivery but can take up to 7 business days for delivery.

DirectWholesaleApparel.com Shipping Options Includes Ups Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day and Next Day shipments.

Back Orders

We work hard to make sure that all products on DirectWholesaleApparel.com are in stock. However, occasionally an item is temporarily out of stock and on back order. When this happens we will notify you and let you decide if you wish for the item or have your order shipped without the backordered item. We will ship the item as soon as it becomes available. Your credit card is not charged until the order is fulfilled.
Checking Your Order Status: You will receive a UPS tracking number in an email after your order has shipped OR You may call us regarding your status

Cancellation or Changes

Due to our lightening fast order fulfillment, we are unable to make changes or cancellations to an order once it is placed. You can however do a return or exchange once you receive the product.
