Shipping and Return Policy  is using the most current version of UPS On-Line Tools to calculate its shipping cost. Costs are based on depending on our stock and location of the warehouse where your selected items are available to you. Your order will ship from one of our 10 warehouses whichever is nearest to you.

Standard Shipping orders are shipped to you via UPS ground. Orders generally take 1-2 business days for delivery but can take up to 7 business days for delivery.

Shipping Options Shipping Options Includes Ups Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day and Next Day shipments.

Back Orders

We work hard to make sure that all products on are in stock. However, occasionally an item is temporarily out of stock and on back order. When this happens we will notify you and let you decide if you wish for the item or have your order shipped without the backordered item. We will ship the item as soon as it becomes available. Your credit card is not charged until the order is fulfilled.

Checking Your Order Status: You will receive a UPS tracking number in an email after your order has shipped OR You may call us regarding your status


Please inspectyour merchandise when you receive it before decorating. We cannot acceptreturns on decorated, excluding irregulars, or washed garments under anycircumstances.

·        All claims forshortages, damages, defects etc. must be made within 72 hours of receipt ofmerchandise.

·        Returns must beauthorized by DirectWholesaleApparel inadvance, by phone or web, and within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.

·        No merchandisewill be accepted for return after 30 days from the date of receipt of themerchandise.

·        Claims for returnsfor defective merchandise must be made in accordance with the warranties in DirectWholesaleApparel General Terms & Conditions of Sale.

·        Cancelled orders,returns of unwanted merchandise, returns due to customer error, or refused aresubject to a 15% restocking fee based on the quantity and nature of thereturned products plus applicable shipping charges. There is a minimumrestocking fee of $5.00.

·        Freight on allreturns not made via must be prepaid by you.

·        No returns will beaccepted without a Return Authorization form or number from DirectWholesaleApparel.Please contact DirectWholesaleApparel Customer Service for a return authorizationand shipping address.

·        Returns withoutoriginal corresponding invoice number(s) will be credited at the lowestpublished price.

·        Merchandise thatis not DirectWholesaleApparel (meaning sold to you by DirectWholesaleApparel) will bereturned to you at your expense or disposed of by DirectWholesaleApparel.

·        Discontinued orcloseout items are not returnable.      

·        Altered orembellished products are not returnable excluding irregulars.

·        Returns on dropshipments coming direct from Mill suppliers are not allowed.

·        Defectivemerchandise must have tape placed over the flaw before returning.

·        It is theresponsibility of the buyer to verify the accuracy of style, color, size andquantity on orders shipped to parties other than the buyer prior to decorating.

Cancellation or Changes

Due to our lightening fast order fulfillment, we are unable to make changes or cancellations to an order once it is placed. You can however do a return or exchange once you receive the product.
